In nearly all cases there is something useful to add to one’s understanding. G loves synthesizing; integrating different models, logics etc. to create a unified logic. Now he understands that everyone has their perspective, which are all valid, and that it is about co-operation, tolerance and compassion.
G wants change and diversity. He thrives in ambiguous and paradox situations and mainly works in temporary teams together, which form when and where needed. He operates in different networks which are interconnected and are being referred to as network organisation – often only temporary creations of their own. Technology and its use is so advanced that decisions between people can be supported by intelligent data systems. This also guarantees a high level of transparency which in return provides a healthy level of trust amongst people. G is an individualist but appreciates that everyone has rights and duties to serve the communities for the greater good, being somehow part of everything man-made in the world. This suits his bigger picture thinking.
